NOTICE TO FIRST ALL INDIA CONFERENCE / AGM


Dear Comrades / Colleagues,

The foundation All India Conference / 1st AGM Conference of All India Postal & RMS Pensioners Association will be held as scheduled at Vellore Nathan Mahal on 19th and 20th July, 2014. Formal Notice issued by the CHQ is placed hereunder for information of all States / Districts / Divisional Associations:

Notice for 1st Annual General Body Meeting &

1st Foundation All India Conference

It is hereby notified that the 1st Annual General Body Meeting as well as the foundation All India Conference of All India Postal & RMS Pensioners Association (AIPRPA) will be held at "Nathan Mahal – Nathan Palace Kalyana Mandapams, Vellore 632001 (Tamilnadu)" from 19th to 20th July, 2014 under the Presidentship of Comrade D.K.Rahate the Chairman of All India Steering Committee. The AGM will start at 10.00 Hrs on 19.07.2014.

The AGM will transact the following agenda:

  1. Adoption of Report of activities conducted by the All India Steering Committee.
  2. Adoption of Audited Accounts for the period from the formation of All India Steering Committee.
  3. Submission of Common Memorandum on Pensioners issues and Postal Sectional Memorandum to 7th CPC.
  4. Adoption of By-law
  5. Organisational Review:

  1. Functioning of All India, State and District / Divisional Associations.

  2. Registration of AIPRPA under Societies Act.

  3. Affiliation to NCCPA and BCPC

  4. Publication of a monthly organ for the CHQ

  5. Relation with other Central Government Pensioners Organisations and State Government & Public Sector Pensioners Organisations for building a common platform.

  6. Formation of an international organisation for pensioners viz., TUI-Pensioners & Senior Citizens and our affiliation to TUI.

  1. Problems of Pensioners:

  1. Problems of Central Government Pensioners.

  2. Problems of pre-2006; pre-1996; and pre-1986 pensioners.

  3. CGHS functioning and improvements thereon - Inadequate FMA and related issues - Medicare related issues.

  4. Exclusive problems of Postal Pensioners.

  5. Charter of Demands of NCCPA on Pensioners issues.

  6. Other problems of pensioners.

  1. Financial Review.
  2. Election of Office Bearers and Management Committee Members to CHQ for 2014-2017.
  3. Resolutions.
  4. Venue of 2nd AIC.
